AEGEAN transfers its stake in Animawings to Memento Group

 

AEGEAN has completed the transfer of its entire stake in the Romanian airline Animawings to its other shareholder and main commercial partner of Animawings, Memento Group which now becomes a 100% shareholder of Animawings.

One of the two aircraft leased to Animawings has already returned to AEGEAN's fleet, while the second will return in a few months, to further support AEGEAN's increased operational needs due to its expanded network.

AEGEAN wishes its 3-year partner and long-term customer, Memento Group every success in the further development of Animawings.
