The FITUR 4all Awards will be distributed across four categories: National Destination, International Destination, Inclusive Tourism Company, and Inclusive Organisation or Institution. Participants, including exhibitors, co-exhibitors, or collaborating entities of FITUR 2024, are invited to submit their applications by January 10, 2024, utilizing the provided form and accompanying documentary evidence. A panel of experts in tourism, accessibility, and inclusion will assess the submissions.
The Inclusive National Destination and Inclusive International Destination categories will recognize destinations that excel in the development of accessible tourism within their regions, emphasizing innovation in project design and implementation, the potential to enhance inclusion and accessibility, positive impacts on the tourism sector, and the sustainability of proposals.
In the Inclusive Tourism Company category, recognition will be bestowed upon the organization that has exhibited outstanding achievements in developing products or services that enhance accessibility, positively impacting the inclusion of individuals with accessibility needs in tourism activities. Finally, the Inclusive Organisation or Institution category will honor entities that have successfully championed initiatives fostering collaboration, awareness, and implementation of inclusive policies. The scope and impact of these initiatives will be evaluated, along with the organization’s ability to promote, exemplify, and educate on inclusion within the industry and public sphere.
Winners will be presented with a diploma and trophy during the FITUR 4all Awards ceremony at FITUR 2024 at IFEMA MADRID. Additionally, they will receive a seal for use in both physical and digital media.
