Dusit International enters into contract to manage 4 properties in India

 Dusit International, one of the eminent hotel and property development companies of Thailand, has recently signed HMA and RMA contracts with Ziogreen Private Limited, an illustrious property development firm that is headquartered in Bangalore, to control four properties in middle of attractive sceneries of Karnataka, India.

Scheduled to open in mid-2026, all four properties will primarily focus on ‘holistic wellness’ and will function under the distinguishing midscale brand of Dusit – Dusit Princess, famous for its exclusive amalgamation of local culture and character inside each property. Together, they will turn into integral components of two important mixed-use development projects, each having a Dusit Princess Hotel and Dusit Princess Residences, concluding in a total of 450 keys.

Situated in Coorg, a well-known place often mentioned as ‘The Scotland of India’ – Dusit Princess Coorg Hotel, Karnataka, and Dusit Princess Residences Coorg, will submerge residents and guests in the wonderful sceneries of the Western Ghats. This tranquil region is famous for its calm atmosphere and climate, rolling hills, lavish woods, coffee plantations, wildlife sanctuaries, and Talakaveri, a World Heritage sites and the source of the Kaveri River.

Situated within the Brahmagiri Wildlife Sanctuary and set over around 182,000 sq m of green space, Dusit Princess Coorg Hotel and Residences will be considerately planned to mix with their natural environs.
