In her new role, Shehan will continue to create innovative spaces while cultivating her industry relationships to initiate new design opportunities for the growing firm. She will lead her team through the design process of new-build and renovation projects and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget. As a proven leader for the firm’s growing design team, Shehan will guide designers on approaching each project with a holistic perspective while remaining focused on how the guest or resident will feel within the space. Shehan continues to push the boundaries of design while exploring the advancement of new technologies in the built environment.

Shehan brings almost 20 years of senior-level interior design experience and has exemplified skill precision in budgeting, space planning, design presentations, brand coordination, team building and execution of internal workflow. She previously served as the senior designer at Duncan and Miller Design. She was also the lead interior designer at Pulp Design Studios and senior interior designer at Remington Hotels before joining Premier.
