FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. – Dream Vacations and CruiseOne travel advisors will set sail on their annual National Conference aboard the Carnival Celebration from November 5–12, 2023. Celebrated among industry thought leaders as the most comprehensive travel agent training at sea, each year’s conference has a theme that is the inspiration for the week and the coming year. This year’s theme, FOCUS, represents Dream Vacations’ and CruiseOne’s main direction as they support its network of travel advisors in growing their business.
“Today the future of travel looks brighter than ever, and not only do people want to travel, they value the expertise of a travel advisor,” said Drew Daly, senior vice president and general manager for Dream Vacations and CruiseOne. “We can’t wait to spend the week sharing best practices, new technologies, programs, tools and more so we can FOCUS on soaring to new heights together.”
Throughout the week, attendees will participate in informative and inspirational sessions featuring key travel industry executives and world-renowned motivational speakers; engaging networking events; one-on-one meetings with cruise, resort and tour suppliers; interactive educational workshops; and peer-to-peer brainstorming sessions. Participants will learn how to elevate their businesses by leveraging the award-winning technology, marketing and training programs offered by Dream Vacations and CruiseOne.
“National Conference allows me to grow my relationships in person with our wonderful land- and cruise-based suppliers as well as share best practices with colleagues and our amazing headquarters staff,” said Melissa Cohn, a Dream Vacations franchise owner in Dix Hills, NY. “I’m excited about this year’s theme, FOCUS because my FOCUS is on my clients and I always learn new techniques to enhance the sales and service experience I provide. Having been in the industry for almost 10 years, I always strive to learn what’s new in travel and our National Conference allows me to do just that.”
