Hunter Hotel Advisors arranged the sale of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City Downtown Union Hill, Missouri. True North Hotel Group sold the property to an institutional buyer for an undisclosed amount. Lee Hunter, COO, and Spencer Davidson, SVP, Hunter, facilitated the transaction.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites provides 115 rooms in Kansas City’s Union Hill neighborhood. The property is centered around numerous demand generators from corporate, government, medical and leisure sources. Within walking distance to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, the property sits near an IRS service center that covers more than a million square footage, doubling in employees every tax season. One of Kansas City’s largest tourist attractions, Union Station, drives demand to the property being just one mile north of the Fairfield Inn. Connected to the National WWI Museum and Memorial, Union Station is a historic active train station as well as a museum and entertainment center that draws hundreds of thousands of visitors annually.
