The National Travel and Tourism Office is Accepting Applications for Office Director Position

 

The National Travel and Tourism Office (NTTO) recently posted a job announcement for an important but long-vacant position.  The Office Director for the National Travel and Tourism Office within the International Trade Administration plays a critical role in both the government and the industry.

This is the most senior career position on the NTTO team, and the professional who serves as Office Director will step in as acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Travel and Tourism whenever that political appointment becomes vacant.

For the past year, senior NTTO staff have been serving in acting roles due to transitions.  But now that NTTO is are gearing up for a busy couple of years, a permanent director is really needed to accomplish a lot of the initiatives that are planned.
