dash design, a leading New York-based interior design and brand consulting firm with expertise in the hospitality, retail, senior living and multi-family sectors, has expanded its team in NYC by recruiting Sara Ianniciello CID, IIDA as a principal and design director. Ianniciello, an interior design professional with more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and multi-family housing, brings deep expertise in the luxury sector.
“Her extensive experience in luxury multi-family housing and hospitality will allow us to expand our business globally and offer a wider range of expertise our clients,” said David Ashen, principal/founder, dash design. “With Sara, we are confident we have the right person on board to do so; her knowledge and skills will be invaluable.”

Ianniciello joins dash design from Whitehall Interiors, where she was the director of design and a senior associate of the New York City-based studio. Prior to that, she was at the London-based design firm March & White, where she was director of the New York City studio. A few of her notable projects include Skyline Tower in Long Island City, 8 Court Square, 101 West 14th Street in Manhattan, the Deermar Residences in Brooklyn, 1300 on Fillmore, Tides Long Beach, the Fairmont Hotel, Kimpton Eventi, Hyatt Napa, Loews Atlanta, 125 Greenwich, the Lantern House and Mandarin Oriental Residences, to name a few.
She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art in San Francisco, is a Certified Interior Designer in the State of New York, NCIDQ certified, and a professional member of IIDA, NEWH and the FDC.
