Morocco will be participating in The World Travel Market event, which would be held in London this month from 7-9. This initiative aims to lure more British tourists to Morocco.
Getting ready for the event, Morocco’s National Confederation of Tourism (CNT), in association with Morocco’s National Tourism Office (ONMT), held the Task Force British Market workshop in Casablanca, which looks forward to arrange and furnish travel industry professionals with the essential tools to be triumphant.
The workshop was held by ONMT Director-General Adel El Fakir and CNT President Hamid Bentahar, among others.
The event boosts Morocco’s constant efforts for boosting tourism, which is extremely important for the country’s socio economic growth. After the COVID-19 pandemic, the ONMT has launched diverse campaigns for resurrecting the tourism industry.
ONMT recently unveiled a new campaign known as “Morocco, the Land of Light,” which aims to uphold Morocco as a holiday destination to a global market.
Also, in March, the tourism office launched two promotional campaigns to aim French tourists in partnership with Carrefour Voyages and Havas Voyages.
