Four Seasons Loves First Responders: Washington, DC Hotel Salutes City’s Public Service Heroes

The team at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC proudly announces its 23rd annual Thanksgiving feast for the city’s first responders who are working on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2022.

Washington, DC’s finest – those who work daily to protect and serve the local community – are invited to the Hotel between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to enjoy a complimentary gourmet Thanksgiving feast, to eat in or take out.

Prepared by talented Four Seasons chefs and served up by more than 30 passionate staff and community volunteers, including Regional Vice President and General Manager Marc Bromley and his executive team, it is a memorable day for all. Approximately 500 meals will be provided; a small gesture of thanks to the heroes among us.

To celebrate the 23rd anniversary, Executive Chef Bilal Wshah and his culinary team have created a delicious menu including slow-roasted turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, gravy and cranberry relish. The meal will be accompanied by more than 100 assorted pies from the Hotel’s pastry team. “Our team couldn’t be more excited to prepare this meal for DC’s finest. It’s a true privilege,” states Wshah.

Four Seasons Regional Vice President and General Manager Marc Bromley echoes Wshah’s sentiments: “Our Thanksgiving feast is one of my favourite events of the year. We work closely all year long with the brave men and women who keep our city safe. Being able to personally thank them is what makes our Thanksgiving feast is so special,” he says.

To date, Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC and its staff have served more than 8,450 Thanksgiving meals to public servants of the Washington, DC area.
