Already in operation at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya and at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, ‘Awaken your Senses’ is the new attraction at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos starting this September.
São Paulo, September 2022 - The Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, located in Mexico, opened this September a multisensory gastronomic experience. The property is the third of the RCD Hotels chain to receive the news, as this year, the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana also incorporated the new attraction. Called 'Awaken your Senses', which in Portuguese means 'Awaken your senses, the dynamic allows guests to explore several senses at the same time while enjoying the meal.
The multi-sensory experience of the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels comprises a high-resolution video projection for the display of images of tourist destinations, an interactive touch table, aroma synchronization, augmented reality and a sound system. All items are added to the tasting of the dishes, served exclusively to guests who opt for the service. The purpose of the dynamics is to provide different moments during meals, allowing the body's senses to be explored.
With several tools present in the experience, 'Awaken your Senses' awakens vision, hearing, smell, taste and touch in an integrated way. According to the corporate director of RCD Hotels for America, Leonel Reyes, the incorporation of multisensory dynamics in the hotels of the chain aims to bring a differentiated and modern concept of attraction to guests. “The success of the new feature at the Hard Rock Hotels in Riviera Maya and Punta Cana made us think about expanding the service to other hotels in the RCD group and that is what we intend to do over the next few months,” says Reyes.
The multi-sensory dining experience at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos lasts 90 minutes. Available times are 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm. Capacity is from four to 12 people. The restaurant also offers dining options for vegans and celiacs or gluten intolerant people.
