Missafir, an Istanbul-based prop-tech startup that offers homeowners up to 200% more rental income with end-to-end management support and a home-like accommodation experience with 5-star hotel quality, announced the mid-year growth figures for 2022. The figures obtained as a result of the evaluation of growth on the basis of revenue, the number of properties in its portfolio, and the locations it serves show that the startup is already very close to the targets it has set for 2022.
Missafir currently has more than 1,600 homes in its portfolio, which it manages end-to-end short and medium-term rental processes. Missafir, which has added popular locations to its service network, now welcomes its guests in Turkey's biggest cities and the most popular touristic areas Missafir continues to expand the rich product scope that ranges from central apartments to luxury villas, from bungalows in touch with nature to pleasant summer houses, appealing to different budgets and tastes. Moreover, this growth in Missafir's home selection was also reflected in the Missafir Signature Homes segment, the houses, and flats of which Missafir undertakes the whole renovation & design process. For now, the rate of increase in the number of private houses located in the cities of Istanbul, Izmir, and Antalya has reached 1128% compared to the previous year.
