BARCELONA - Rentals United announces a new partnership with Smiling House. Property managers who use the Rentals United vacation rental channel manager can now get listed on Smiling House, an exclusive luxury travel platform.
Smiling House caters to high-end guests, offering a highly curated selection of ultra-luxury properties around the world. As a result, the platform allows property managers to attract high-value bookings with an average daily rate of $2,270 and an average length of stay of 10.7 nights.
Next to high-end travellers, property managers also benefit from exposure to Smiling House’s network of B2B travel professionals, including travel agents, travel designers and luxury clubs such as American Express and Third Home. All Smiling House reservations are request-to-book, and the platform provides concierge-style customer service to guests.
Properties listed on Smiling House must meet stringent criteria when it comes to interior design, luxury amenities, cleanliness and hospitality services. All Smiling House properties are spacious with 4 or more bedrooms and breathtaking views, located in close proximity to leisure destinations.
“The demand for luxury rentals is on the rise. Travellers who used to stay in the presidential suites of 5-star hotels are now booking private homes with luxury amenities. Our partnership with Rentals United will allow us to expand our portfolio of luxury properties – some of which have never been listed on online travel agencies – and respond to this increase in demand while helping property managers attract trusted guests and high-value bookings,” said Moriya Rockman, Founder of Smiling House.
“As a global channel manager, we are incredibly excited to be adding Smiling House to our growing network of luxury channels. This partnership will provide our property managers with the opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing channels with elite inventory. At Rentals United, we are always looking to raise the quality of distribution options for our clients and to help them increase their revenues and maximise ROI. Smiling House will help our property managers to reach these goals,” said James Burrows, Founder and CEO of Rentals United.
