Double recruitment in Rotana for rapid growth

 UAE-based Hotel brand recruits two new members. Frédéric Savoye has joined Rotana as vice president of brand performance and Victor de Vries has joined the firm as franchise strategy. According to the spokesperson of the firm, these two new expansions will help the firm to grow at a rapid speed. However, both of the newly appointed members are extremely critical to the constant development of the firm.

As the firm is moving towards aggressive market expansion it is necessary to have new team members. The new appointees have the gift of knowledge and experience which is thought to add more value to the firm’s expansion.

Savoye has a significant experience in the Hotel industry. Thus he will look after the brand’s promotion and execute commercial plans in the existing markets.

Guy Hutchinson, president and CEO of Rotana said that Frederic brings knowledge and deep-rooted experience which will be helpful. The development procedure of the firm now depends hugely on aggressive marketing after the pandemic. Hence, having experienced people in the firm is very necessary.

The team is also growing. Savoye has been handed by Victor de Vries who now looks after the franchise’s strategy position management.

Hutchinson has stated that this new team management will utilise the skills adequately. This is necessary as the firm now has the strategy to expand in different markets. Immediately pursuing commercial goals will help the firm to recover from the damage done by the pandemic.
