AirAsia X (AAX), the medium to long-haul affiliate airline of AirAsia Aviation Group, further strengthens its Board of Directors with the appointment of Tunku Dato’ Mahmood Fawzy as the new Independent Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.
As a seasoned professional, Tunku Fawzy will provide AAX executives with additional capacity to focus on strategic progress as it returns to the skies with a more robust model, delivering greater value to all stakeholders in the future.
AAX Non Independent Non Executive Director and Nomination Committee member Dato’ Fam Lee Ee said: “We are proud to announce Tunku Fawzy as the newest addition to the AAX Board.
