8 in 10 Britons are planning a budget-friendly Summer vacation

 

With travel restrictions beginning to be lifted, many individuals are itching to get away and enjoy a much-needed vacation. However, with finances being tight for many, they are searching for budget-friendly travel options. To better understand some of the cost-cutting travel trends VacationRenter surveyed over 1K budget travelers.

Here’s what they found:
- Over 8 in 10 budget travelers are planning a trip for the summer of 2022
- Those using saving strategies spend $191 while those who didn't spend $248
- 3 in 4 budget travelers have strategies to save money on flights including booking with a budget airline (52%) and stick to a carry on bag only (48%).
