Participants enjoyed a deep immersion in contrasting Swiss locations, Geneva and Montreux, engaging in unique destination experiences, including a 3-hour watch making workshop and an innovative wine listening experience, curated by Kim Arazi of Innosensi in Lavaux, a UNESCO heritage site comprising 13 traditional wine producing villages.

This year in Geneva and Montreux, 50 incentive travel professionals fell madly in love with Switzerland, explored the future of incentive travel with award-winning magician and futurist Ferdinando Buscema, and built sustaining friendships that’ll endure into the future”.
Barbra Albrecht, Head of Switzerland Convention & Incentive Bureau (SCIB), added “Incentive Summit Europe will return to Andermatt in Switzerland in 2024 following previous editions in Verbier, Geneva and Montreux. Participants at ISE also enjoyed privatized access to the chalets of the late Claude Nobs, legendary founder of the Montreux Jazz Festival. Located at 2000m, high over Montreux, this was the party of all parties and included an emotional moment when rare footage of performances at Montreux by Leonard Cohen, David Bowie and Prince was presented in Claude Nobs’ private screening room.
