As Disney Cruise Line’s popular Marvel Day at Sea cruises are currently sailing on Disney Magic across the Caribbean through early March, the line has announced that the themed sea days are coming back in 2023.
For the first time ever, Marvel Day at Sea cruises will be on voyages from Miami aboard Disney Dream.
The special day-long celebration will be available on select five-night Caribbean cruises and feature superhero interactions, Marvel-themed activities, action-packed entertainment, and exclusive merchandise.
The 2023 Marvel Day at Sea itineraries will begin on January 7, 2023, and be featured on nine sailings from Miami.
Departing January 7 and 21, February 4 and 18, and March 4, the five-night Western Caribbean itinerary will include Georgetown, Grand Cayman, and Disney Cruise Line’s private Bahamian island Castaway Cay.
Departing January 16 and 30 as well as February 13 and 27, the other western Caribbean itinerary will stop at Cozumel, Mexico along with Castaway Cay.
Features of Disney Dream include a Beauty and the Beast stage show, a nighttime deck party complete with fireworks, the AquaDuck water coaster, the adults-only Quiet Cove pool, and Disney’s Oceaneer Club for kids.

For dinner on Disney Dream, the main dining room experience is actually three different restaurants, which passengers rotate through during the sailing. They are Animator’s Palate, Royal Palace, and Enchanted Garden — all with their own theming and menus.
The announcement of these 2023 Marvel Day at Sea dates comes just a day after Disney Cruise Line revealed a brand-new themed sea day that it’s never done before: Pixar Day at Sea.
These special seven-night sailings will be aboard Disney Fantasy from January through March 2023. They’ll include interactions with Pixar characters, a new nighttime spectacular, a “Coco” theater show, character dining experiences, and a Pixar film festival.
