Oaktree said to offer Australian casino firm $2.39B
Oaktree Capital Group has offered Australian casino operator Crown Resorts $2.39 billion to buy back its founder's holding, according to Crown. The transaction would give Oaktree a 10% stake in the troubled company, which also is being wooed by USA-based Blackstone Group and Australia's Star Entertainment Group.
