MP Tourism launches night safaris at its three famous national parks

There’s happy news for wildlife and adventure lovers! MP Tourism has launched night safari facilities at three of its famous national parks – Bandhavgarh National Park, Kanha National Park and Pench National Park. All these parks are extremely popular and visited by a number of wildlife enthusiasts every year.

Generally, jungle safaris are a day-time activity. Such safaris take place when there’s enough light for visitors to spot animals in their natural habitat. However, this also takes away the opportunity of watching animals in the dark.

Therefore, this night safari will allow visitors to get a nocturnal opportunity of spotting animals. Visitors will get to see several elusive animals like the spotted deer, Royal Bengal tigers, peacocks, eagles to list a few. The darkness will only add another element of mystery to the entire experience!

But given the fact that night safaris are relatively new in India, people do have concerns about human as well animal safety. Also, it seems a little invasive to disturb animals at night. However, MP Tourism has already come up with a solution and for this, they have chalked down well-researched routes to make sure that no animal or human is harmed in these night tours.

According to the reports, Bandhavgarh National Park will conduct night safaris from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. At Kanha National Park, the night safari is scheduled from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM while at Pench National Park, tours are scheduled between 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM.
