Beam’s new title is director, strategic accounts, and Schreiner is now director, national accounts. Both Beam and Schreiner will report to Michelle Sutter, vice president of North America sales for Holland America Line. Morris and Zimmermann will report to Schreiner, while Douglas will report to Beam.

As director, strategic accounts, Beam will be responsible for leading the team that oversees key online travel partnerships. Most recently, she was deputy director of national accounts, supporting a diverse portfolio of travel partners in the U.S. and Canada. Beam joined Holland America Line in 2015 as part of the corporate charter and incentives team. Her career in the travel industry began on cruise ships as an onboard production show performer and event manager.
Schreiner will lead the team that oversees national account consortia and host account partnerships as director, national accounts. Prior to her new role, Schreiner was senior manager, national accounts. Her Holland America Line journey began in 2017 as the first strategic accounts manager, and she has since managed a varied portfolio of online, host account and national account partners. Schreiner joined the cruise industry as a business development manager representing Carnival Corporation’s Fathom brand, which specialized in social impact travel.
Morris moves up to senior manager, national accounts, for Holland America Line. She joined the cruise line in 2017 as a business development manager for Southern California and was then promoted to manager, national accounts. Prior to joining Holland America Line, Morris worked at Avoya Travel, and at a public relations and public affairs firm.
Douglas joins Holland America Line as senior manager, national accounts. Most recently he was director, key accounts, with Crystal Cruises, and he also has held results-oriented roles at Carnival Cruise Line and Johnson & Johnson.
Zimmermann was named senior manager, national accounts. Prior to joining Holland America Line, she was a business development director with Norwegian Cruise Line. Throughout her career, she has managed boutique hotels in South Beach and on Fisher Island in Miami, Florida. She also worked for Kuoni Travel in Cyprus. Zimmermann began her career in travel on board MV Germany as the assistant to the cruise director.
