CORAL SPRINGS, FL – Cruise Planners has always provided a free platform offering creative and visually-appealing social media content for its network of travel advisors that is automatically published several times a week – called CP Social. Recently, upgraded, the platform offers even more flexibility.
“Proactive communication continues to be a focus for Cruise Planners during the pandemic, so enhancing our CP Social platform was a logical investment,” said Vicky Garcia, COO and co-owner of Cruise Planners. “During this time, the more we can engage clients with their advisor and travel aspirations, the stronger we will be when travel begins to rebuild.”
While still offering fresh, engaging and relevant social media content, the enhanced CP Social Pro Program includes the ability to schedule social posts to five social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business and LinkedIn. It also offers an enhanced content library and images, social media analytics, dynamic details such as hashtags and more – all curated by Cruise Planners Home Office on the advisors’ behalf or the advisor themselves if they wish.
Social Media Contest Designed for Data Capture
Another tool recently launched by Cruise Planners is the Where2Next Survey. This survey asks clients the question – Where To Next? It collects their bucket list destinations for the next one to three years giving Cruise Planners insight to effectively target market the right destinations to specific customers. This survey lives on all Cruise Planners travel advisors’ websites and can be used in numerous ways to collect this valuable information. One of the first marketing campaigns the upgraded CP Social program launched is the Where2Next campaign designed to gather insight from thousands of customers. To increase participation, Cruise Planners is running a contest through December 4, giving away a 3-night stay at the Grande Fiesta Americana Coral Beach, an all-inclusive luxury resort in Cancun, Mexico for one lucky contest winner who completes and submits the survey.
