Royal Jordanian announced that it will restart its regular flights on the Amman-Aqaba route next Thursday, July 23. RJ's three weekly flights to Aqaba, on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, will be operated from Queen Alia International Airport; the plane leaves at 11:30 am and arrives at Aqaba’s King Hussein International Airport at 12:25 pm. It will leave Aqaba at 2:00 pm and reach Amman at 2:55 pm.
RJ President/CEO Stefan Pichler said RJ is pleased to resume flights to Aqaba; the airline is cooperating to that end with the Ministry of Tourism and Jordan Tourism Board to promote domestic tourism. Jordanians are expected to take advantage of a very attractive fare. He invited RJ customers to book their Amman-Aqaba tickets through the different RJ sales channels or their travel agent.
