From June 15th, the first program #HelloDanang was executed to build up a 24-hour Da Nang travel experience.
The Vietnam Tourism Review and TikTok also formally signed a strategic collaboration to increase content on showcasing Vietnamese tourism on the TikTok platform; research and suggested projects on endorsing Vietnam tourism to aim on markets like Japan, the Republic of Korea, Thailand and Australia in the next stage.
#HelloVietnam is a portion of activities in the global tourism promotion campaign launched by TikTok with the name #TikTokTravel to honor worldwide destinations, bringing a new manifestation on tourism and cultures to international friend closer.
The prime goal of the program #HelloVietnam in the period of 2019-2020 is to release 30,000 short videos with the content on Vietnam’s landscape, culture and people.
Consequently, the Vietnam Tourism Review will organize in cooperation with member agencies to efficiently put into practice the program; operating the “VietnamTourism” account on TikTok application to endorse Vietnam tourism.
The account “Vietnam Tourism” on TikTok platform will bring exclusive tourism products of Vietnam, being a fresh new communication channel for tourism sector in an attempt to apply the digital transformation to Vietnam. The VNAT anticipates the cooperation model to be a breakthrough, mobilizing resources from the business community into promotion activities of the tourism industry.
