The advisory council of the European Tourism Association (ETOA) held its quarterly meeting in the Powerscourt Hotel in Enniskerry, this week. The advisory council holds these meetings in different locations around Europe and Tourism Ireland sponsored this week’s meeting in Ireland. The influential ETOA is the trade association for tour operators and suppliers with business in European destinations.
It has more than 1,000 members – including traditional and online tour operators, travel intermediaries and wholesalers, European tourist boards, hotels, visitor attractions and other tourism providers.
