As part of the launch service, travellers can apply for tourist visas to the UAE along with a ‘money back guarantee’ in case of rejection of an application, and this is a first-of-its-kind offer in the country.
To encourage travellers to take advantage of the new service, Cleartrip will offer discounts on air tickets with every visa application. Travellers applying for 30-day or 90-day visas will receive a discount on their airfare of up to 100 percent of their visa costs.
With this new service, Cleartrip customers can obtain their visas at the push of a button after submitting their visa application on www.cleartrip.ae
Once processed, the visa will be delivered to the applicant via email, eliminating the need to visit a physical visa-processing centre.
In 2018, around 250,000 travel bookings on www.cleartrip.ae came from India, which has remained the top source market for inbound travel to the UAE. The Philippines is also among the top 10 source markets for inbound international visitation to the country.
