Norwegian Cruise Line is ready to add brand new seven-night Caribbean cruises that are inclusive of a call in Havana, Cuba, and this is going to be a first for the line.
Until now, this Miami-based company’s only voyages with Havana on the schedule have been short trips that last four nights. Norwegian also plans new nine-and 13-night sailings that feature a call at Havana.
All of the new voyages would be taking place this fall on the 1,936-passenger Norwegian Sun.
The new seven-night cruises would kick off in September through October out of Miami. In addition to Havana the itinerary would also feature stops at Costa Maya, Mexico, Harvest Caye, Belize and also GBreat Stirrup Cay that is a private island of Norwegian in the Bahamas.
Sun’s new nine-night cruises would expand upon the week-long sailings with additional visits to Roatan, Cozumel, Honduras and Mexico and they would be starting in Miami.
Sun would be sailing a single 13-night voyage that is inclusive of Cuba on 30th October.
Also commencing in Miami, it would feature calls at eight destinations comprising calls at eight destinations like Santa Marta, Cartagena, Costa Rica, Puerto Limon, Colombia, Oranjestad and Aruba. Norwegian is also adding a new five-night cruise to the Bahamas and Cuba from Port Canaveral on 3rd September.
Norwegian also offers short trips to Cuba out of Miami on the 2,004-passenger Norwegian Sky.
