ST. LOUIS—Loews Hotels & Co, a wholly owned subsidiary of Loews Corporation, revealed plans to build its first-ever St. Louis hotel, which will be part of Ballpark Village’s $260-million expansion project.
Ballpark Village, developed by the St. Louis Cardinals and The Cordish Companies, is a mixed-use dining and entertainment district adjacent to Busch Stadium. The hotel will debut as Live! by Loews – St. Louis, MO, a partnership between Loews Hotels & Co., The Cordish Companies and the St. Louis Cardinals.
The Live! by Loews hotel concept was developed jointly by Loews Hotels & Co and The Cordish Companies.
Designed by HKS Architects Hospitality Studio, the $65-million hotel’s exterior architecture and interior design will be influenced by local St. Louis character.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Goodlettsville, TN
The TownePlace Suites by Marriott Goodlettsville, TN is scheduled to open for business today. Located at 830 Conference Dr., the hotel is owned by Dr. Anil Patel of Camino Hospitality and managed by Marriott International Inc.
Features include a floor-to-ceiling TowneMap providing information on places to eat, play and explore. The property is 17 miles from Nashville International Airport and 10 miles from downtown Nashville, TN. It is proximate to the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills Mall, the Antiques District, Rivergate Mall and Dollar General Corporate Headquarters.
Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Erlanger, KY
Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Erlanger, KY – Cincinnati Airport has opened. Located at 630 Donaldson Highway, the hotel is within six miles of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The hotel recently completed a $2.5-million renovation, which included upgrades to the guestrooms, lobby, breakfast area, business center and fitness center.
The hotel offers 135 guestrooms and suites. Pet-friendly rooms are also available. Amenities include a fitness center, business center, an outdoor pool, free WiFi and the brand’s signature and complimentary Be Our Guest breakfast served daily.
Hyatt Place Ann Arbor
First Hospitality Group Inc. (FHG) has opened the Hyatt Place Ann Arbor hotel on Tuesday in Ann Arbor, MI. It is owned by investment firm Rockbridge and developed by Rockbridge’s affiliate hotel development company, RBHD. FHG will manage the hotel.
The six-story hotel broke ground in April 2016, and is located at 3223 S. State St. There are 142 over-sized guestrooms, each with one or two king-size beds, as well as the Hyatt Place brand’s signature design, free WiFi and 24-hour food offerings.
