A theme park based in the northern portion of Chicago said that it would be opening the largest loop roller coaster of the world next year.
Six Flags Great America located in Gurnee in Illinois declared on Thursday that the brand new coaster would open in the spring season of 2018. Hank Salemi who is the president of the Park said that it would offer a unique experience that would be truly unforgettable for visitors and would emerge as one of the ‘most intense’ attractions of the park.
The coaster has been actually dubbed as a ‘world record breaking attraction’ and would be 100 feet tall.
It would be taking riders forward and backwards on a vast loop prior to suspending them absolutely upside down for a ‘wicked’ hang time. The roller coaster is yet to be named.
It would be present inside the Mardi Gras section of the theme park.
In addition a tumbling platform ride known as King Chaos would also be removed from the theme park on 27thAugust.
The new ride would be the 16th roller coaster of the theme park.
It is expected to be enriched with 360-degree revolutions with multiple inversions. There would be a total of 32 seats and the guests would be seated back-to-back and also face-to-face.
