Ει βούλει καλώς ακούειν, μάθε καλώς λέγειν, μαθών δε καλώς λέγειν, πειρώ καλώς πράττειν, και ούτω καρπώση το καλώς ακούειν. (Επίκτητος)

You’re off to San Francisco. And what’s the one thing that will save you money, streamline your trip, and get you three full days of free cable car rides? A San Francisco CityPASS® ticket booklet, of course. Celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2017, the San Francisco CityPASS program saves travelers up to 42 percent off combined admission to San Francisco’s top attractions.
The pass includes a Cable Car and Muni Bus Passport, good for three consecutive days of unlimited rides on all Muni buses, light rail trains, streetcars, and the city’s celebrated cable cars. While other visitors are paying $7 for each one-way cable car ride, CityPASS holders can hop on and off as many times as they like.
SanFrancisco_125x125Also included is pre-paid admission to the City by the Bay’s top attractions: California Academy of Sciences, a Blue & Gold Fleet Bay Cruise, the Aquarium of the Bay on San Francisco’s lively Embarcadero waterfront, and a choice between the Exploratorium or the de Young Museum and Legion of Honor.
Travelers with kids will definitely want to check out the Exploratorium’s stunning new home at Pier 15. The museum’s 330,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor space features some 600 exhibits, 25 percent of which are new installations designed to engage, delight and inform.
