After opening Savoy Ottoman Palace & Casino in Kyrenia - North Cyprus, Savoy Group now announced its first marina. Savoy Luxury Marin Resort Hotel having an area of approximately 34.800 square meters in Çatalköy region is expected to be completed in 24 months as an Ultra Luxury facility.
The marina which will cost approximately US$300 million will be opened together within a resort hotel that will be the region’s first hotel with a heliport. Fully equipped Marina having a capacity for approximately 320 boats will provide all services and it is planned to achieve a significant commercial return from foreign tourists coming from abroad upon establishment of a customs station for boats coming from Turkey.
Hotel section includes a private beach, a total of 401 rooms; 288 standard rooms, 44 deluxe suites, 28 executive rooms, 4 King suites as well as the biggest congress hall of the region, 4 swimming pools, 7 restaurants- bars serving world cuisines, a Spa center and golf course.
