LAKELAND, FL—TownePlace Suites Lakeland is slated to open Monday. The new 112-suite hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by InterMountain Management, LLC, of Monroe, LA.
The property will have studio and one-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens. Guestrooms will have stainless steel appliances and granite countertops; adjustable workspaces with built-in shelves and lighting; a large flat-screen television; and new bedding. Most rooms will also feature the Home Office Suite, designed to provide hotel guests with additional storage and flexible space.
Amenities will include a 24/7 market, an outdoor pool, a 24/7 fitness room, laundry facilities and complimentary WiFi, as well as copying, faxing and printing. The property will also include 290 sq. ft. of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 10 people. In addition, the hotel will be pet-friendly.
