MIAMI - AIC Hotel Group – the brand that is reinventing the all-inclusive hotel experience – announces an exclusive partnership with global fitness leader, LES MILLS, to debut a series of fitness programs at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana and Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in early Fall, with plans to expand to Hard Rock Hotel Cancun in 2017. In response to the growing global demand for wellness while travelling, this collaboration offers vacationers the opportunity to experience the world's leading exercise-to-music group fitness classes on-property as part of the all-inclusive experience, as well as after the resort stay with complimentary trial access to the online streaming service LES MILLS On Demand.
"We're excited to bring the LES MILLS program to our guests who have come to love and expect high energy experiences," said Frank Maduro, Vice President of Marketing for AIC Hotel Group. "Les Mills' passion for incorporating music into wellness aligns with the Hard Rock brand's mission to keep music at the forefront of everything we do."
Through a weekly visiting instructor program, the Les Mills partnership will offer guests at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana three daily classes from a collection of 14 training programs – from 10 group fitness classes, including the world-renowned BODYPUMP total body strength-training program, to four 30-minute High-Intensity Interval-Training (HIIT) programs, as well as BORN TO MOVE - "youth fitness" programming designed for toddlers to teens. Vacationers will also benefit from a variety of Les Mills Virtual programs, which combine world-leading fitness programs with chart-topping hits and motivation from a Les Mills certified trainer via big screen. Whether a fitness enthusiast or workout beginner, LES MILLS programs take into account each individual's capabilities and goals to customize classes that adapt to a variety of fitness levels.
"Much like LES MILLS, the Hard Rock Hotels bring a passion for music to all that they do. Resort guests can now participate in a LES MILLS program hand-picked for their interests and taught by an expertly trained instructor," said Brian Gagne, Chief Executive Officer for Les Mills United States. "We are thrilled about this partnership and look forward to helping people start or keep their fitness schedule on track while they are on vacation."
