BUFFALO, NY—Delaware North, a privately held global hospitality and food service company, has expanded its portfolio of resorts into Massachusetts by acquiring the Sea Crest Beach Hotel on Cape Cod for an undisclosed amount.
Sea Crest Beach Hotel represents Delaware North’s first lodging acquisition and owned operation in the eastern U.S. and New England. This 266-room resort sits on a private, 700-ft.-long white sand beach.
The 21.6-acre property features many amenities, including an indoor and outdoor saltwater pool, poolside bar, watercraft rentals, bike rentals and 30,000 sq. ft. of event space.
Delaware North has retained Scout Hotels, which has managed the resort for the last seven years, to continue running the resort.
