Cision Finalizes PR Newswire Acquisition
Today, June 17, 2016 ,Cision finalized the acquisition of PR Newswire. The deal is approved in all markets worldwide except Dubai and China, where it is pending regulatory review. By combining capabilities, Cision and PR Newswire will provide clients with the industry’s best content distribution, influencer outreach, media monitoring and analytics offerings. This also expands Cision’s international reach, providing access to 170 countries and 40 languages.
Starwood sells 2 hotels in Italy to Nozul in $215M deal

Nozul Hotels & Resorts Group has purchased two luxury hotels in
Florence, Italy, from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide for $215
million. JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group advised Starwood on the sale
of the St. Regis and the Westin Excelsior.

Mexico's Sheraton Hacienda Del Mar achieves Grand status
The
Sheraton Hacienda del Mar golf resort and spa in Los Cabos, Mexico, has
been designated a Sheraton Grand property. The 270-room hotel is the
only one in the country to achieve Grand status.
