Dubai is about to add a new feather to the crown of their travel brochure very soon. The new attraction is none other than a Bollywood theme park, which will open in the coming October. The park is being established within 1.7 million square feet of land, and it is being considered as part of the mega project of Dubai Parks and Resorts.
The park will create several Bollywood themed rides and other attractions to pull tourists. The park will be divided into five zones. They are: Mumbai Chowk, Bollywood Boulevard, Bollywood film studios, Rustic Ravine and Royal Plaza. The Bollywood film studios will be featuring a hall of fame for all the heroes. Another attraction of the theme park will be Rajmahal theatre. That theatre will be able to accommodate 850 people at a time, where Bollywood musicals and Broadways will be performed. The park will have six stages, where 30 live shows will be performed on each day. Now, you must wait and watch whether the live shows on Rock on, Crossroads, Mumbai Express, Rangmanch, Stars on Steps and Cinema Circle will be able to woo you or not.
Neelabja Chowdhury, the director of marketing in the Bollywood Park stated, “This park is the first-of-its-kind theme park showcasing the real Bollywood experience. This theme park and the other attractions within the Dubai Parks and Resorts will prove to be a game changer for this entire region. Dubai is well connected to most regions on the globe and with robust flight connections. It’s truly a project that attracts more visitors to the region.”
Although Dubai already offers numerous entertainment-options for the tourists, it is here to see whether the new Bollywood theme park can become the tourist game changer for the region or not.
