Peru’s tourism sector is set to receive a boost with the 51st International Ica Wine Harvest Festival (FIVI 2016) taking place in Ica. Delegations from Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, Guatemala, Japan, Mexico, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Chile will participate in the Festival.
The delegations will start arriving from Thursday to participate in the artistic, tourist and protocol activities.
Friday has been declared a holiday in Ica.
The leaders of the delegations will be declared Ica City’s distinguished guests during the solemn session taking place on Friday at Ica Municipal Palace’s Assembly Room, Special Committee Chairman Victor Loayza said.
