The upper-upscale hotel will offer 105 guestrooms and serviced apartments, a restaurant and bar, club lounge, a pool bar at the fifth floor with magnificent views,.a spa & health club, a conference room as well as themed restaurants and cafés, and exclusive shops on the ground floor. Its excellent location benefits from the sea port, off-shore oil drilling and the current development of the city.
Larnaca is a city on the southern coast of Cyprus and the capital of the eponymous district. It is the third-largest city in the country, after Nicosia and Limassol, with an urban population of 84,591. 60% of the Cyprus population is within 0.5 hour reach by car and is therefore the home of Cyprus’ primary airport, Larnaca International, which has recently undergone a €650M upgrade, and is home to both a seaport and marina catering to consumer and cargo needs. The city is the island’s main gateway and it operates as a leisure destination for European travellers.
The Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence, Larnaca will be operated by The Rezidor Hotel Group and SunnySeeker Hotels under a franchise agreement.
