Arabian Gulf’s cruise industry to be discussed at Seatrade Middle East next week


Key issues impacting the development of the Arabian Gulf’s cruise industry are to come under the spotlight at the Seatrade Middle East Cruise Forum.
The event is taking place at the five-star Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman from December 9-10 2014.
The Forum, organised by Seatrade and hosted by the Ministry of Tourism, Sultanate of Oman, will feature a summit session attended by regional ministers, tourism authorities, port and immigration officials.
A conference for the summit attendees plus ship agents, airlines, destination management companies and other cruise industry stakeholders will take place on the second day and will include an address from Khalid Al Zadjali, Director of Tourism Events, Ministry of Tourism, Sultanate of Oman.
As part of the Forum, the Ministry of Tourism will host 12 key officials of the world’s top cruise line operators including Costa; Crystal Cruises; Cunard; Holland America Line; MSC Cruises; Noble Caledonia; P&O Cruises; Princess Cruises; Royal Caribbean International; Seabourn; Silversea; TUI Cruises.
