Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants will be announced at an awards ceremony in Singapore on Monday, March 9th 2015. Now in its third year, the 2015 edition will introduce a revised voting process with over 300 Asia-based members nominating the region’s best restaurants.
Prior to the awards ceremony, a culinary summit titled, ‘The New Modern: 2015 and Beyond’ will be held for members of the industry and the public on 8th March, 2015. Featuring some of the world’s most influential chefs, the Summit will be held at Singapore’s 72-13 from 1.30pm-6.30pm.
