In accordance with applicable regulation, the document may be viewed on the Accor website (www.accor.com, finance section) in French and English as well on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org) in French only.
The 2013 Accor Registration Document includes the annual financial report, the Report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the preparation and organization of Board meetings and on internet control procedure, the statutory auditors’ reports, the statement of auditors’ fees and the annual information document.
