BRENTWOOD, TN— Senate Hospitality Group, founded by hotel industry veterans Dave Jones and Glenn Malone, is the developer of a new, independent, boutique hotel in Historic Downtown Franklin, TN, on Main Street.
The 120-room upscale hotel, a $36-million investment, is one piece of the large multi-use development project spearheaded by Franklin resident Jay Franks and historic preservationist Roderick Heller.
Senate was recently selected to be the hotel partner by Franks and Heller from among a handful of hospitality development companies nationwide.
The new hotel will offer a day spa and a fine-dining restaurant. The total multi-use development project, valued at $85-million, will include upscale retail and residential units.
The boutique hotel in Historic Downtown Franklin is expected to open in early 2016.
