SAO PAULO, BRAZIL-Hilton Worldwide plans to open the first Hilton Garden Inn in Brazil after signing a management license agreement with HDauff Empreendimentos Imobiliarios Ltda to operate the new Hilton Garden Inn in São Jose do Rio Preto.
"Bringing Hilton Garden Inn to Brazil is a tremendous milestone for our brand," stated Adrian Kurre, global head, Hilton Garden Inn.
Designed by Ilha Arquitetura Co. with interiors designed by Triplex Arquitetura, Hilton Garden Inn Sao Jose do Rio Preto will form part of the 33-acre, multiple-purpose Georgina Business Park project situated 273 miles northwest of São Paulo.
In addition to the hotel, the complex will include residences, offices, restaurants, boulevard mall, bank agencies, a convention center and parking, all distributed in 12 commercial towers following a modern architectural style. Hilton Garden Inn Sao Jose do Rio Preto will be the first Hilton Garden Inn in Brazil as well as the first condo-hotel model operated by Hilton Worldwide.
