The Ascott Limited refurbishes Perth’s Somerset St Georges Terrace

The Ascott Limited (Ascott), has embarked on an AU$5.1 million refurbishment of Somerset St Georges Terrace, located in the heart of Perth’s business district. 

The 85-unit property is undergoing refurbishment in phases that will be completed by mid-January 2014. Upgrades will be made to all studio and one-bedroom apartments, including living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. These include fresh décor, new furniture and furnishings. The property’s reception and common areas will also feature a new contemporary look.
