Legacy
Property Group is developing the ground-up property and its hotel management
subsidiary, Legacy Hotel Partners, will manage the new hotel.
Construction
is set to begin in second-quarter 2014, and is expected to be complete by
third-quarter 2015.
The
129-suite hotel will offer one-and two-bedroom suites. Amenities
include daily, complimentary, full, hot breakfast and a 24-hour Suite
Shop/Pantry. The hotel also offers complimentary internet, a 24-hour fitness
center, an indoor pool, business center and grocery-shopping service.
Guests will
be able to utilize facilities of the Legacy Property Group’s Park Pavilion, a
mixed-use project that offers a 670-car public parking deck, a public helipad
and 50,000 sq. ft .
of restaurant and retail tenants. Nearby attractions include the World of
Coca-Cola and the Georgia Aquarium.
