Best Western International has launched its
first hotel in Kuwait ; the
BEST WESTERN Mahboula .
Located in the thriving Mahboula area ofKuwait
City , home to a plethora
of modern corporate and residential complexes, the new 18-story hotel will
feature a superb selection of business and leisure facilities perfectly suited
to this up-and-coming area.
The new hotel offers 96 rooms with stunning views across the glitteringArabian Gulf .
All guest rooms, including 16 suites, feature modern facilities and
complimentary internet access, while the property will also be a hub for the
corporate market, with two dedicated floors of conference and banqueting space.
These include a selection of meeting rooms and ballrooms, plus a modern
business center.
For the leisure market the hotel offers a swimming pool and gymnasium, while a broad selection of food and beverage options are also on hand, including Buffalo’s restaurant, serving all-day international cuisine, plus Quizzino’s snack bar, a lobby lounge and poolside café.
Commenting on the hotel’s launch, Glenn de Souza, Best Western’s Vice President of International Operations – Asia & theMiddle East , said
it marked the latest stage in the company’s rapid Middle Eastern expansion plan.
“The Middle Eastern region is offers tremendous opportunities for Best Western and we are delighted to be launching our world-renowned brand in another exciting market –Kuwait ,” Mr de.

Following the addition of the BEST WESTERN Mahboula Best Western International now operates a Middle East portfolio of nine hotels in seven countries –Bahrain ,
Kuwait , Jordan , Oman ,
Saudi Arabia , Qatar and Israel . But this portfolio is
expected to more than triple to 22 hotels in the next few years.
