According
to TOPHOTELPROJECTS, the worldwide leading provider of
global b2b hotel data, the British capital currently counts 41 new
top hotels with 8,100 rooms in the project pipeline. Moscow, with a
population of 11,6 million by far Europe’s largest city, comes in
second place: 29 new hotels (7,600 rooms) are planned in this city.
With 24 hotel construction projects (6,200 rooms), Berlin can be
found in third position, closely followed by Hamburg with 23 new
planned hotels (4,500 rooms). In Istanbul, Europe’s second
largest city, currently counts 21 new hotel projects (5,400 rooms).
In Paris 18 top hotel projects (9,800 rooms) are on register.
