The updated Conselho was structured and selected to achieve a majority of directors who satisfied the independence criteria of the United States stock exchanges, reflecting Abra's commitment to strong governance, transparency and responsibility.

Biographies of Council members
Constantino de Oliveira Junior is a member of our Board of Directors from 2023 and President from January 2024; ele atuou como nosso Diretor Executivo de 2023 a janeiro de 2024. O Sr. de Oliveira founded Gol in 2001 and acted as its Executive Director from 2001 to 2012. He is a member of the board of directors of Gol since 2001 and president of the board since 2012.
Roberto Kriete is a member of our board of directors since 2023. Sr. Kriete atua no conselho de administration da holding da Avianca since its constitution in March of 2022? he also served as president of the board of directors of Avianca from February 2010 to August 2013, was director of Taca International Airlines from 1982 to February 2010 and executive director of Taca from 2001 to February 2010. Sr. Kriete also serves as president of the board of directors of Kingsland International Group S.A., president of the Kriete Investment Company group and president of the Gloria de Kriete Foundation. Patricio Kiblisky is a member of our board of directors since 2023. Sr. Kiblisky is also a member of the board of directors of Avianca holding, as well as RVX Asset Management, LLC and Nexus Chile. O Sr. Kiblisky has more than 20 years of experience as a member of the board of health, sports and logistics companies in South America. Jackson Schneider is a member of our board of directors since 2023. Sr. Schneider is a senior researcher and adjunct professor at Columbia University since 2023 and was a visiting senior researcher at the Department of War Studies at King's College London. Mr. Schneider was
