The property will feature two signature food and beverage concepts, Pharmacy restaurant and The Mullet Rooftop Bar. Pharmacy will celebrate the community’s nostalgic apothecary history and culture, while The Mullet will debut as Plymouth’s first and only rooftop bar.
The Gentine Family will own the Henry Christopher Hotel.
