MILWAUKEE, WI – Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel has unveiled its newest dining concept, The Studio Kitchen & Cocktails, positioning itself as Milwaukee’s hub for bold flavors, handcrafted drinks, and a lively, creative atmosphere. Managed by Marcus Hotels & Resorts, the new venue blends approachability with elevated culinary artistry, reinforcing the property’s identity as a cultural landmark.
The menu highlights fresh, seasonal ingredients prepared with authenticity, including dishes such as Mediterranean Sea Bass infused with saffron and a garlic-caper white wine sauce. Alongside these, sushi and globally inspired entrées expand the culinary offering.
The cocktail program combines classic and contemporary styles, with signature creations such as the “Staycation,” crafted from Hayman’s Old Tom Gin, basil, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, and lime. The bar also caters to diverse preferences with non-alcoholic options and THC-infused beverages like Grapefruit Paloma, Mango Guava, Lemon Lime, and Lemonade Iced Tea.
“With a focus on community and creativity, The Studio Kitchen & Cocktails sets the stage for a new era of dining at Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel, ushering in the hotel’s next chapter of its culinary artistry,” said General Manager Dana Johnson. “We’ve designed an experience offering the flavor-forward menu items guests have come to expect, exceptional service, and a vibe as bold as Milwaukee’s spirit.”
